The recent rice of racism in football, exemplified by the taunts by a group of Bulgarian fans during the match between Bulgaria and England is not something new.
Bulgaria itself were fined by FIFA in 2011 for another similar incident.

Best was a former Bermudian football player, one of the first black players in First Division football in England, scoring 47 goals as a striker for West Ham United between 1968 and 1976.
